concertstotally kick ass.
glass intrepid- they were actually really good! im going to have to get their cd. tara was really impatient tho. but the side stage wasnt so bad, but in a really inconvenient spot. but you should check them out.
snow patrol- ive got to say i love their irish accents. they are good and i was looking forward to seeing them. it was a good start on the main stage, it wasnt crazy at all, but good music. zach came and appeared by us during them.
wakefield- i liked them, i wanted to stay longer. the guitarist had the BEST GUITAR EVER!
the exies- they were really good. still not crazy, which was good.
no address- we bought our tshirts now. we didnt go and see the band.
THE USED- omfg. so so so good. the crowd was obviously FULL of fans and they put on a good performance. so much energy. and i love them, which added to the greatness of it. i never put my arm down ONCE during thier performance. i knew all the words haha. and im one of berts new best friend from houston. hahahaha.
theory of a dead man- didnt go and see them. went and got food.
alter bridge- we were just sitting and eating because we werent particularly excited about them, but turns out theyre pretty darn good.
trust company- didnt see them. kept place on front of lawn for breaking benjamin. no one wanted to see them anyways so it didnt matter.
breaking benjamin- great performance. i didnt think they were heavy metal.
unwritten law- didnt go and see them, but would have liked too.it makes me sad taht i didnt. the crowd would have beeen crazy on the side stage so we would have been attempting to jump and see them and get out of the peoples way. side stage sucks. and if we left, our place would have been taken over for mudvayne.
mudvayne- eh. i didnt like them. i thought they were talentless. thier songs had no melody.
sum 41- same deal with unwritten law. i would have liked to see them. but i wanted to keep my spot for PAPA ROACH!
papa roach- this was probably the best performance of the day. the whole crowd obviously loved papa roach, and the energy was amazing. a giant mosh pit formed right above us on the lawn, and almost engulefed us. the security totally lost control of the situation. mass chaos. but then we found spots on the railing and were safe. then we sreamed all the words. omg SUCH an AWESOME performance! not only did they perform well, they had so much ENERGY! so great.
three doors down- i got bored. and went nuts. me and tara and zach being stupid. people probably thought we were high but didnt do anythign about it
